Hasura Connection Error

trying to connect to hasura using this tutorial

Run a Hasura App — Neon Docs

gives me this error, any idea?

This is my url, I am just testing so nbd with the password
postgres://nathikazad:MthF9as4wkpL@plain-pine-078053.cloud.neon.tech:5432/main?ssl=true

I added the ssl=true bcoz without that I was getting some errors
