Error using SQLALCHEMY

sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (psycopg2.OperationalError) connection to server at “ep-soft-unit-44308222.cloud.argon.aws.neon.build” (3.70.37.225), port 5432 failed: ERROR: Console request failed

I followed the official guide and copied and pasted the sqlalchemy guide and the connection never worked in Python. What is wrong with it?
