Database down - cant connect/resize/branch

Hello. It looks like our db is entirely down. We can’t connect to it nor can we resize or create a new branch on the db (to try to move or get a new compute endpoint).

I’ve tried filing a ticket but we had to cross-posting to make sure we can get some help asap.

We’ve had an incident for ~2 hours affecting some dbs, it must be over now. Could you check again please?
