When I’m executing a refresh materialized view command, it got stuck, so I am trying to suspend the endpoint to reset the connections but now the suspension seems to be in error and it keeps retrying. Is there a way to force it to suspend?

The endpoint seems to resume operations now, it was some scare for like 45mins. I wonder in the future if it happens I don’t know if it will resume like this, what is the solution to force restart/suspend endpoint?
