Can we create roles?

I want to create roles to manage database access via Postgraphile, but I can’t seem to:

Hey! It is possible to create Postgres roles via console in project settings > users menu. We are working towards allowing role creation in postgres itself.

@Stas_Kelvich any update on this? I would like to create roles with limited access to specific databases, and some read-only roles too.
