Amount of data and cold start correlation

Hi, does someone store millions of data and how does it affect the cold start?
I have 500 GB of data and it is growing, but traffic is very low, I would like to know if it is worth using Neon for my case, but also wondering about a cold start

The amount of data you store doesn’t impact cold starts
